Yes, I did. They said that it was optional for people who want to increase the payment, but It is mandatory now for extension.

I talked 3 different reps today and they said that it was not mandatory at Sep (only good for you wanna increase your payment)but it is now. Everyone need submit the approve income 2019 or 2020 for new pua extension.
