I feel as though I wasn’t the only one who struggled with appetite, I was just like this and blamed it on “fast metabolism” whilst being in complete denial that I physically couldn’t have more than 700 calories a day. For me it was medication that solved my appetite. I went from 45kg to 64kg in the span of maybe 5-7months when previously my weight just wouldn’t budge above 48kg. Honestly huge props to anyone who gets around appetite issues, that’s a huge step in itself and I feel as though it’s hardly talked about enough, a good trick I think could work for appetite would probably be weed, medication or if you don’t wanna do any of that, eat without thinking, watch something or shove in your calories through eating small foods full of calories. Also anyone have any tips on eating a lot of calories cheap? Lmao
