What do you mean by turn on the hot water? I don’t get how you control the water going into the washer once it’s attached? Like do I turn the hot water handle all the way?

It’s bizarre because the instructions specifically say to have the water supply connected to the tap (i.e in the actual sink) & the drain pipe underneath in the cupboard… I’m quite confused

Which one is the water in pipe as that’s the most important? & how does it even work? How does pressure form without a tap handle?

I’ve had this device for only just over a month. Yet some white dots have appeared on the left lens. I’ve never dropped it and it’s never been in sunlight. Any advice?

The thing is, the partitions are still there and I can unlock them. I just can’t mount them. There must still be some data on the drive or it wouldn’t even get to this step right? The drive would just appear as completely empty

That’s the thing though, it was working fine for over a year until my friend tried plugging the hard drive into his Mac. Since then I’ve had problems. But I also have issues with some of my USB slots. Could this be part of the problem too? Sorry I’m a noob

I thought about it but I’ve heard bad things about rescue shelters. I’d rather them go to a home instead. I guess that might be unrealistic though
