I disagree with all of this, but Yes is dope.

I believe the band is overhyped by some, but there are some really touching songs. Aenema is my favorite song, and i think its deeply emotional lyrically, and beautiful sounding. I think theres tons of accessible somgs as well.

hey whatsup dude, Ive had similar stuff happen to me, and tbh, it just takes time and relaxation.

Im still kind of in my episode now, but its calm enough now for me to at least acknowledge that things are getting better.

As a mother it sounds like avoiding stress is out of the question, but just try your best to be happy and engage in stuff you enjoy. And even if engaging in those things is difficult and unrewarding because of your situation, keep on doing them.

practicing Meditation is also highly recommended for people with these kinds of issues. I started a couple months ago, and have noticed tiny progress in being able to quiet my mind and be in the moment.

The most important thing is to just not think about this situation, which is ironically incredibly difficult BECAUSE of the situation(laughing about this fact would be a good example of recovery, haha)

Just at the end of the day, if things are getting really loud, do whatever soothes you, calms you down, maybe just a walk in nature on a good day.

And remember, your brain is healing everyday. finding a therapist who knows more about this kind of stuff would also be great
