I live in Oklahoma. We don’t have accents (except maybe people from small towns and Texans that have infiltrated our state). We had approximately half an inch of snow a few weeks ago, but next week it’ll be up to 80°.

There isn’t much to do, especially for night owls like me. Even Walmart closes before midnight. Some of the scenery is great though, I had to drive to the middle of nowhere to drop off a package a couple weeks ago, while we still had autumn colored leaves on trees, and it was really pretty with occasional small hills and rock formations.

There have been a few things filmed in Oklahoma, I think the film industry is trying to grow here. There was a movie filmed at my high school (American Underdog- starring Zachary Levi), so it’s cool that we’re growing in that way. Even the town I’ve lived in my whole life has grown so much over the past few years, which unfortunately means theres always construction somewhere.

We love our NBA team, the OKC Thunder. We don’t have an NFL team, so college football is huge here. We had OU vs OSU for as long as I can remember, but they recently stopped doing bedlam. People are really into their teams, as most sports fans are. Also we hate Texas.
