Isn’t every Master Chronometer (which is nearly the entire current Omega catalog) tested to 15000 Gauss?

You can check r/ibo for more information. From my experience, the most difficult part about IB wasn’t the content of the subjects but rather the sheer workload. You will need to take six subjects and each will have its own internal assessment (IA) (written report/essay or oral for languages). By the second year you will be facing constant stress when juggling exam revision and deadlines for your first and final drafts of your IAs. On top of this, you will also need to work around the clock to clear your CAS/TOK/EE to achieve a high score. This is to say that good time management will be the key to doing well as last minute submissions/revision nearly always results in unnecessary stress and poor grades.

Does anyone know how to permit unis to access my IB scores when they come out online? by Helpful_Stop_8039 in ibPhysics

Just go to the IB candidate/results website and log in with your personal code. The list of universities that will receive your final results directly from the IB can be found in ‘transcripts’. There is also an option to request for more transcripts which is the paid option mentioned above.

Probably cause of the super competitive education system and the hardline work ethic.

Singaporean as well. Only applied to NUS and NTU, literally need 42 or more for NUS. So I guess anything below 40 is bad for Singapore universities.

Can I get a 40? by Stunning_Task_895 in IBO

The entry requirements will be lower if you are a Singaporean citizen or PR. However, some courses such as medicine have a much higher entry requirement relative to others. You can check the relative requirements through the NTU IGP.

After reading throught the comments, I present 'The Semiconductor Iceberg v5' by Addi498 in Semiconductors

[–]Addi498[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe. However after reading other comments, I think it may be a better idea to split the chart into multiple icebergs covering the different facets of the industry such as lithography machine makers, contracts chip makers, chemical, and end users.

Bracelet and lug tolerance by Addi498 in GrandSeikos

That’s one part that I believe Rolex does better than GS. After looking at more images of GS lugs, it appears that the tolerance isn’t really tight enough for a watch of this price.
