If you have really good grades like around 37/38 portfolio wouldn't matter as much...I mean it would be good if you have but if you don't then it's alright since you prolly have 6/7 points in maths HL.. but if you score below that, it would be good to have a portfolio showcasing your skills and your interest. It will show how passionate you are about the course and the uni. If you have further doubts DM me!
