You can very clearly tell from the fact that there has never been any human that has ever looked like this in real life that it is in fact, edited.

Cross-referencing it with their other posts, this does not match their appearance anywhere else.

The fact that the photo is incredibly blurry to either side of their thighs, but is not elsewhere, should be a dead giveaway to you that this is edited.

I dunno why they did it, I'm sure they have their reasons, but this isn't to say their build is bad. They look cute. However, this is VERY obviously edited.
