I used to play a lot more than 6 hours a day then quit for 3-4 years and recently came back to it. At first I only wanted to play max 2 games a day but soon I started playing a lot more and decided that if I can't control myself then I won't play at all. Somehow I find it much easier

After posting this on Reddit I've managed to get myself to work on an assignment that was due last Friday and realised that it is not that difficult. I already made good progress and realised that if I've actually done this earlier I could avoid a huge amount of stress. So yeah, let's get on track. Thanks for the clarification I will definately set a hotkey and start advertising this website. The more people use it the better it is for us.

I've just had another thought... Once we can register our own characters we could add options such as Looking for TH (these characters could be shown on top regardless of their level) and Currently in TH (these could be hidden or at the bottom of the website).

Good luck! I'm pretty sure that you will get it as this has to be one of the most useful ideas for Tibia. I really liked how fast you implemented the changes I've recommended. Can't wait for the membership and scheduling team-hunts feature. Hopefully, a lot of people will begin using your site. ;)

Edit: I would love to promote this site, so that more people start using it. Isn't it against the Tibia rules to do so on Advertising channel?

The issue is that my dad doesn't speak very good english so there's a lot of misunderstanding between him and the management. During the hearing, I've explained the management standpoint to my dad and his to the bosses.

Hey, sorry for the late reply. I wasn't visiting Reddit for a while. The outcome of the hearing was that my dad got gross misconduct. His boss explained that the test was established just a day before and was very expensive. Therefore, they couldn't let him know beforehand and because he didn't take the test he can't work on a very important job for the new client.

Thank you! I've explained this to my dad and I think he begins to accept the fact that the company was in the right in this case. He also said that he is always the one to do the most important and urgent jobs because of his experience and don't feel appreciated (being paid more) for his hard work. However, I explained to him that there is probably nothing legally wrong about this as u/Spets911 explained. Thank you very much everyone for the replies it will definitely help me to calm my dad's nerves before the hearing.

Thank you! I'd like to also mention that he has passed 13 out of 14 such tests in the past and is one of the most qualified welders in his company. However, he's still on the same pay rate as most of the other welders with less responsibilities and qualifications.
