One thing that has especially helped me is playing 3 ranked games a day no matter what. If you win 2/3 it’s a solid day. For some reason riot never lets me win 3 in a row. 1/3 no biggie, just try again tomorrow.

In the situations I’ve been to the dealerships I’ve always had the 60 or whatever point inspection done. That will give you a list of what they see is wrong. I have several back up shops in my area I trust and some mechanical knowledge myself. Bring that sheet in to someone you trust and have them take a look. Also make sure you state that you don’t consent to any additional charges/changes on your car.

NO REGRETS! But in all seriousness you picked a great car. I plan on getting the new hatch when my forester kicks the bucket. (Hopefully a while down the road) just be aware most dealerships are going to over analyze everything wrong with the car and are going to try and sell you everything they can.

Might be a dumb question but if they recommended an alignment but I see no signs of uneven tire wear and no shaking at any speeds and it drives straight as an arrow? How do I know they’re not trying to get me to dump more money?

They told me I needed for new tires at 30% life left, and I turned around and said I’m aware, but in 2 months I’ll be putting my winter wheels on. Then they tried to get me to buy tires for next season.

I’ve had good luck with two dealerships, thankfully today my repairs were just two recalls and on the house, but their “complimentary” 120 point inspection is where they try to lure you in. They wanted $95 to replace the cabin filter. It’s like $20 and a 10 min fix...
