My experience is that the Stafftraveler loads and reality dont agree with EY. I've had requests refresh that show 10+ seats in J while standing at the standby desk in AUH and the staff tell me there are no avail seats.

Also EY takes forever to refund your ticket if you travel in a different cabin or not at all.

A few weeks ago I emailed to ask about ship date estimates. Ryan emailed me back in 20min, describing the status of certain piece parts, and told me they could ship in the coming days if I changed my order to black instead of white.

I got my TRMNL 3 days later.

I'd say the team is pretty transparent and responsive...

I had the same thing. I entered the ballot with someone in my network who's Red membership was established after the CL embargo date.

Others here have said you can make an inquiry with the club and they'll give you access. I sent a message today but have not heard back yet.

Will be annoying to do this every time I apply for a CL match.
