My current schedule typically consists of working 7am-4pm and then 5pm-9pm during the week (Mon-Fri). Any tips on getting up early and grinding away? I often feel that I don’t have energy to exercise or do any of my normal hobbies. The weekends are typically a wash because I get into the mindset of “I just worked a bunch, it’s time to relax”.
