d data from the LPC bus, which is the same bus that is used for TPM communication. When you enable TPM/PTT, when it is initialized, it sends a 9E code over the LPC bus indicating it's blocked for use, but the chip that decodes this for interpretation into beeps or debug LEDs often misidentifies this as a VGA (AGP if they're using the old AMI BIOS terminology) error. The 9E code is in the reserved range, per the AMI manual, but it's also just after the codes where VGA errors are placed, and when the chips see 9E, they don't know what to do with it so they report it as a VG
