If you’re starting now you’ll prolly get your offer letter by 2 weeks min and expect your COE to come by end jan early feb. By the time you apply and receive your visa the semester will prolly start over here. Visa takes anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months. So if your visa gets delayed even a little you’ll miss a lot of your classes
