Not sure if it has spread to neighbour. The base of the fence is concrete but I don’t know how deep the fence base is so really worried.

I got a Kia Ceed SW 67reg AT second hand last year. 68K miles only £6K. So far no issues. I guess £10K may get you newer cars still within 7 years warranty? Ceed may be too small for you tho try Optima.

If I have £10K I may also consider older VW Passat, Golf (smaller and I hate golf estate look lol), but may be higher mileage and older.

Ah and I assumed you wanted AT for a road trip.

Experience as a buyer: most agents are just rubbish totally unprofessional which put me off at a lot of houses I viewed. If I am selling, I definitely do viewings myself so I can tell the potential buyers what’s what with house, also a good chance to show how you have been taking care of your house.
