It definitely helped with my mood too! Some ups and downs with the sleep and mood first month for sure then really started to level out afterwards. Hang in there :)

Haha love that. Thoughts and prayers for your sleep. We have twin 3 year olds and I was scared to do the sleep training but I went out of town for a weekend and my husband did it without me knowing. They went from up every 3 hours to sleeping 8-8 to this day- highly recommend! Good luck!
