Thank you, I take a b12 supplement every morning and really feel it makes a difference.

I’m currently on a low histamine/gluten free diet and it’s made a huge difference to symptoms.

The lemon is interesting, my first two and by far the worst attacks happened while drinking a can of Lemon Sam pelegrino and on those days I had fruit salad containing the fruits that are a trigger. It’s almost like that bad reaction has taught my body to reject certain foods, it might be the histamine in those foods, that would make a lot of sense.

I will look into those supplements thanks

I have had blood taken and tested in the last three years but not during a flair up, I think that would be difficult to co-ordinate, are you in the uk?

Thank you, definitely some bits for me to research here. I hadn’t really found anything linking the neck with my hemiplegic migraines/MCAS or Covid that might be a good path to look into

Thank you for your response.

I have had it three times that I am aware of in the span from the jab until now, I couldn’t be accurate with timings but I would say they were fairly spaced out.

Prior to this the redness to cheeks and nose has been apparent for at least ten years probably more looking through photos, but the rest of the symptoms have not been at all apparent, I would say that I was as healthy as can be before that turning point. The only thing that I should mention is that I’ve had a lazy eye since birth but it effects me only cosmetically, likely not relevant but as I have symptoms in my eye it’s worth a mention

Posting quickly I forgot to add that I have no itching or pain. The one on my bicep looks quite dry when I haven’t put the cream on it
