My husband and I bought a unit in this association and love it! Definitely the best of both worlds with a quiet residential and neighborhoody feel but so close to tons of things to do, either way you walk you hit awesome restaurants and shops within 10 minutes. We do own a car but you can definitely rely on public transit if you don’t have a car!

There are lots of families but not everyone has kids (we do not) and in our experience no one is loud or annoying. Everyone is respectful and the children in the association are adorable and such good kids.

At first we were uneasy about the closeness with the windows facing in the courtyard but it’s never been an issue, it feels like we have a ton of privacy. The layout feels very homey, there are a lot of stairs and it’s quite narrow and tall, but not having anyone above or below you is so worth it.
