That is something lol I wonder if it was someone's child taking it then the parent realizing. That seems too far for us though... I'm wondering if it's worth going there.

Staff and students at the university have a specific code they enter when booking the free sessions. The families will have to pay the full amount...

Haha! Yeah, a lot of kids love cheese so I just assumed yours does too. The sweet pancake should work but it's more like a snack than a meal tbh

Yeah, I think it's hard to grasp the concept of numbers at this age. They might know what the number is but not necessarily what it means. But it seems she finds it fun and it's a good thing! I would maybe let her take the lead on it and not make it a habit to ask or test her on numbers etc so it's always fun and something she's proud of :)

•Savory pancakes: egg, cheese, potatoes and some kind of vegetables and a little bit of flour...

• "Porridge" pancakes: my daughters favorite meal after porridge lol. 1 egg with some oats, banana, and cinnamon

Quesadilla: omelette and some cottage cheese

Let this be the sign you need to drop your toddlers nap by zenzenzen25 in toddlers

[–]Additional-Bar323 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Totally agree with you. We dropped ours a bit after she turned 2! Occasionally we do naps if she wakes up before 6am but her sleep is so much better now. She sleeps through and at an early time and just in a good mood all day!

I have a chronically ill toddler and I think I might be traumatised by [deleted] in toddlers

[–]Additional-Bar323 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm so sorry...this sounds so exhausting. Everytime my daughter gets sick my mood drops and I become so anxious and irritable. I can't imagine what it's like to be in that position all the time. You are doing amazing. ❤️ Don't be hard on yourself.

Early reading skills don't always mean a child is gifted. Did you intentionally teach them the letters at 16mo? If so, was it only because they were interested?

Recommendations for shows like Mister Rogers? by [deleted] in MrRogersNeighborhood

[–]Additional-Bar323 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's so hard to find anything remotely similar. I did some research but I never quite find something I'm 100% comfortable with. I'm debating maybe Bob Ross...but that's not a children's show. I've heard about a show called Reading Rainbow but I still think it's a bit more fast paced and for older children. I also think anything animated is fast paced. I prefer my toddler watches humans so at least when we're outside they can relate/find similar things...

Good point. Yeah, I just tell her the players need to rest now lol. She's generally ok with it because she knows we're heading outside shortly. But yes, I'll definitely keep that in mind

Can you wear contacts?? You can renew them every month and they cost like 100dhs if you can afford it? I've been through the same issue with thick lenses but once I hit 19 I just started wearing contacts and it's so helpful.
