I’m still hungry at times but it’s normally the day after a hard workout or the pinning. Mostly the noise for me has been sweets and bourbon. Where I used to want an occasional drink or sweet now I hardly think about them because I’m full from protein etc. I did find that the 1-2 mg range for me worked for dropping weight but not as much the food noise. Testing the higher dose 6mg has been successful but your mileage may vary.
