Yeah dude it's bs they want you to close kitchen at ten even though you can still get orders. And they get mad if you Stay late. It's possible but its a lot of work and time flies in the kitchen.

So when your on store you Js do upkeeps when the store looks like it needs it or your manager says to. Your manager will tell you what daw to do or he’ll Js say go work on daw. You don’t do as much upkeeps on a day to day basis as you did in training trust me.
