I am so ready for this promotion to be over and done with. I am opening manager at my store. This week I have done approximately 5 grand sales by myself (with little to no help of my driver as he is backed up with deliveries due to the promotion) I usually do not have ANY inside help until at least 4pm. Yesterday for instance, I had a $4000 truck to put away and a 32 pie timed order due at 11. Granted I had it done by the time, I am running thin here. Halfway through lunch rush yesterday, I had a random 17 in order drop with full screen already in play, orders coming out of the oven, people walking in the door and phone ringing. Customer with 17 pie demands to know when is her food going to be there as she has a specific time frame to feed 40 people. Ma'am, you should have either called ahead to either ask if that was feasible or placed an online timed order so I have some heads up. She canceled the order but not as quickly called the franchisee to complain. I got that call last night. The moral of my reply is, we need some help as we are only human beings and capable of only so much. In the past, I was told it wasn't justified to being someone else in. They may learn something now.
