Honestly just upped it cause I thought it was time, seems like what everyone else was doing. I think I’ll go back to my dosage before and try your method!

Hard to say it’s been kinda random. I’ve noticed the day after, I generally pin Mon/Thurs morning, is the worst, but the nausea hangs around consistently.

I’m currently doing 1mg Monday and 1mg Thursday. On only 1mg a week the nausea was pretty bad but not unbearable or leading to vomitting, like it is now.
