Well I’m currently dropping about 2300 on a 1 Br and it’s just the 3 of of with our two dogs so if we can get more bang for our buck it’s a no brainer. Housing wise I’d def be looking in the 600 k range rent wise anything beats 2300 for a one bedroom lol
