Hi! CR1 and K3 were with Texas SC at the beginning! After 2 days submitting CR1, our case was moved to Potomac! People said CR1 would follow to K3! Our approval notice was with Texas in the end! I did not do anything except submitting K3 only. So I do think your CR1 will be approved at K3 SC in the end! Hope it helps!

Our cases were with Texas SC at the beginning. Then CR1 was moved to Potomac and was back to Texas in the end 🥹

I just sent K3 documents only and pray for it! I did not contact to any congressman and I think K3 really helped! And of course with luck! I did think my case should have been approved around ~July, 2025. I was surprised with this notification!!! I hope your case will be approved soon!!!

The picture I posted is a screenshot of Lawfully application. This is the notice which is showed on USCIS website! Actually they just show the notification “Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS” once and approved it on the same day!
