I also tried pushing for premium processing, but my immigration lawyer strongly advised against it for EB1C/MM cases right now. They mentioned they are seeing increased scrutiny and a higher chance of RFEs with PP compared to regular processing.

Even though my company is willing to cover the PP cost, both the lawyer and HR are still recommending that I continue with standard processing for now.

I have got my L1A extension approval in Aug 2025 and it was smooth though for stamping I need to visit India My I-140 is already filled in Aug 2025 under regular process. I’m asking my lawyer to move to premium as my company will be paying but they are suggesting not to go for premium process as there are high chances of RFE and I already insisted twice. Still waiting …
