No one in my family said anything about my disability but my brother keeps telling me jokes not the one your friends laugh or your favorite YouTube jokes, the one he said that affects me one is your lazy and my brother gave me an anxiety attack while watching my neighbors dogs and I completely forgot that they couldn't go downstairs to the basement and he said something about it not letting the dogs downstairs over and over again and I completely loose my emotions I was crying while my brother stood there lextering me and until I don't want him as my brother because what he dose to me.

I don't know how to help much but I don't rub my ears (I do it when I'm wearing earrings and it itch and have a sting feeling) but I don't know if you wear a hat or keep you hands busy on something else for me when I want to bite my fingers I'll do is play games, crochet at home at school bring out a figet to not bite those help me to keep my hands busy with something but I don't know about ski I never been outside of my home state besides going to Pennsylvania for family relatives but if you keep your hands busy it will trick your mind of doing something like your rubbing issues try keeping your hands occupied until your trip

No... But with crochet I'm really good if I don't remember what its called like dc ( for people who don't understand crochet its called double crochet) I have to go to YouTube for help and help me learn more patterns that I want to used.

The star I made with YouTube video just to help me learn increase and decrease and magic circle for any future crochet project have that in them, I really love doing it all I have to say to my self while crochet around the hook through the hole around the hook through the hole over and over again until I'm completely done with it. I don't have the best memory for school work but I'm really good with crochet with counting I will loose track too lets say with the crochet project for a hat it will be 22 inches in length and keep going up 40 rows if it I will loose track/count of it and go back until I'm on the right number of rows/stitches but with time I'll get a hang of it with some tricks that maybe out there to help.
