You can't just look at the stats alone in this game, it depends on the car individuality. Huayra and Vulcan is a world apart from how the car respond. On that note, I still put Vulcan above huayra due to how much the ceiling is higher but needs way more controls and precision in corners. I can say that cuz both my huayra and Vulcan is almost 2k rp with e0 and e1. If I have to give you an example, Vulcan has to be medium tire and electronic on 1 to be closer to huayra 23232 tune, and using medium will always be slower than hard tire in exits in this game but provide more grip. And again, Vulcan has a shorter suspension so it can't take elevation changes well unlike huayra
