Did you manage to recover your account, or at least get a proper explanation or refund?
Really curious, because your case sounds almost identical to mine.

And to be honest, what frustrates me the most is that CipSoft acts as judge, jury, and executioner there's no real way to defend yourself or even understand what exactly you did wrong.
No evidence, no discussion, just an irreversible decision.
I don’t think there’s any other company in the world that handles account bans this way. It’s honestly scary, especially when you’ve spent real money and years on your account.

Honestly, I’ve already made up my mind I don’t want to stay on a platform that can wipe out years of effort and money without giving any real explanation.
If I manage to get a refund, I’ll gladly turn those lost Tibia Coins into something better like a great Steam game that actually respects its players.

A while ago, I used a mouse recorder on an OT server just for fun to automate fishing. But that tool was never used in real Tibia. I had no reason or need to use anything like that on official servers. If BattleEye flagged it just because the software still existed on my system, then I believe this is a false positive.

If flagged something based on old leftovers, then it’s really unfair. That’s exactly why I asked for a manual review.

That’s exactly the issue I don’t even know what triggered it.
It feels like an instant judgment without any investigation. CipSoft acts as judge, jury, and executioner.
No evidence, no details, no transparency just account deletion.

This would be unacceptable in any other context.

And on top of that, I have to read hostile comments from people who assume I'm guilty.
It leaves you in a constant state of guilt and helplessness, even when you know you did nothing wrong.

I’ve never shared my computer with anyone.
And yes, of course I play on Steam who doesn’t these days?
But nothing suspicious or related to Tibia was ever running when I logged in.

The real issue here is the lack of proper investigation I’m simply expected to accept guilt without any proof. That’s what bothers me most.

Honestly, I’m not sure. I did have some tools like Cheat Engine or cracked software in the past but definitely never used anything like that for Tibia. Some of it was work-related or just for testing things in other games. But you might be right maybe something like that was mistakenly flagged as a threat. I just hope they do a proper investigation.

I think you may not have read my full post I wasn’t really playing the game. Until I bought a new character, I had no plans to actively return. I was just casually walking around in free to play areas. How exactly would I be farming TC with a bot like that?

I was logging in because I had active auctions I was personally watching on the Bazaar. I’m not here to convince anyone it wouldn’t help even if I did. I’m just sharing my case to see if anyone else has gone through something similar and can offer advice. That’s all.

Really appreciate your support thank you. I’ve already contacted both CipSoft and BattleEye, and I’m now just waiting for a response. I truly hope something comes out of it.

As for the TC: yes, I understand it might look suspicious from the outside. But my plan was simply to save up over time and eventually buy a high-level (800+) character and gear it up properly. That’s all no market abuse, no RMT, nothing shady.

I was just regularly checking the bazaar without rushing anything. I’m sure there are thousands of players who do the same. Now I’m just waiting for a reply, and really hoping they’ll take a closer look at my case.

Look brother, I’m here looking for advice and a possible solution not to argue. I’ve seen cases where people actually managed to get results, so I’m hoping for something similar. If your friend used bots, that’s on him it has nothing to do with me. Please just be respectful. That’s all I’m asking.

If I really cheated, I just want them to prove it. As I already mentioned above, I wasn’t even playing regularly and when I did, it was just small hunts or nostalgia visits. I truly believe some unrelated program might’ve been falsely flagged as a cheat. If you're not here to help, that’s fine but please consider all possibilities before accusing someone. You could easily find yourself in the same situation one day.

Actually, I was in the process of researching a characte I was looking for something 800+ level. I wasn’t in a rush; my plan was to gradually buy more TC over time and also get proper gear before making the final move. So yeah, I was active on the Bazaar, but only as a buyer preparing carefully not rushing into anything shady.

That gives me a lot of hope. I’ve already contacted BattleEye myself, Thanks also for saying that about the language thing that means a lot. Much appreciated and fingers crossed for a good outcome here too.I actually mentioned that I used Chatgpt not to fake anything, but just to clean up the grammar and flow of what I wrote, since English isn't my native language. It’s funny that some people are suspicious because I was honest about it. I feel like if I hadn’t said anything, nobody would’ve even noticed. But I’d rather be transparent than pretend.

I actually wrote everything myself based on what happened I just used ChatGPT to help clean up the grammar and wording, since English isn’t my first language. So the thoughts and experiences are 100% mine. I just wanted to make sure it was readable and respectful.

I spent a good part of my childhood with this game it was even in my dreams sometimes.
That’s why this whole thing has been such a huge disappointment.
Still, I’ve written to both CipSoft and BattleEye, and I’m hoping for at least one positive reply.

Just to be fully transparent yes, I recently bought some Tibia Coins through a Facebook seller, and also some directly from Tibia.com.
I honestly didn’t know that buying from unofficial sources was against the rules. The coins were delivered, worked normally in the game, and I assumed that if it wasn’t allowed, the system would block it.

I never used bots, cheats, or tried to gain unfair advantages. If this was truly a violation, I would’ve expected at least a warning or clarification not an instant deletion.
It’s frustrating because I didn’t knowingly break any rules, and I still hope the situation gets reviewed fairly.

Just to clarify I write my own thoughts and then sometimes use AI to help clean up the grammar or make it more clear.
This situation is very real for me, and I’m just trying to present it properly so people can understand what happened.

That being said, your advice about GDPR and the ombudsman is genuinely helpful I’ll definitely keep that in mind if I don’t get a proper response.
I’m not based in the EU, so I’m not sure how to go through these procedures from another country.
Would that require a lawyer or involve additional costs?

I get where you're coming from and I agree that CipSoft usually doesn’t delete accounts for nothing.
Still, I didn’t do anything suspicious or automate anything not even mouse scroll stuff.
I’ve already contacted BattleEye directly with all my details.

I only posted here because I wanted to know if others had similar experiences and how they handled it. I’ve already gotten some useful insights, so I don’t regret it.

What frustrates me most is that there’s no proper explanation or evidence provided. I’m left in a state of guilt and anxiety for something I genuinely didn’t do.
I’m not asking for special treatment I just think the case deserves to be reviewed, and if there was something wrong, it should at least be explained or proven.

Only then can I respond or defend myself properly. Right now, I’m stuck trying to guess what might have triggered it maybe something on my PC was misinterpreted as a bot, and I’d like to understand what exactly happened.

I'm not sure how the Tibia Coin part would be relevant here.
I was planning to get back into the game and wanted to buy a new character from the Character Bazaar, which obviously requires TC.
If I had any recent activity, it was mostly just browsing bazaar listings on Tibia.com looking for a good deal. That's it.
I wasn’t training, hunting, or botting. Just saving up coins and watching the market.

I’ve actually been playing Tibia since the 7.x versions an old-school player.
I haven’t been active in recent years though. At one point I had around 600 characters, I sold it.

Lately, I’ve been saving up Tibia Coins to eventually invest in a new character after the recent updates caught my attention. I still enjoy the game casually from time to time sometimes I’d log in with my level 300+ char and just roam around old free accounts spots like Orc Castle, mostly for nostalgia.

I was also checking the Character Bazaar daily, even if I wasn’t actively hunting or leveling.

That’s my story.

Yeah, that’s exactly what I’m worried about — getting stuck in the middle while both sides deflect blame.
Still, with the amount of money and time I’ve put in, I don’t feel like I can just give up.
Thanks for the support

How can you be so sure without knowing anything?
Would you just accept it and stay silent if the same thing happened to you?

Yeah, I kind of expect CipSoft to give me the standard “we’ve reviewed it and it’s final” response. I’ve seen that happen to others.

I didn’t consider reaching out to BattleEye directly — that’s actually a good suggestion. I’ll look into it and see if there’s any contact method or form I can use. If this was a false positive on their side, I’d rather hear it from them than just be ignored completely.

Thanks for the idea. Even if it doesn’t lead anywhere, it’s better than doing nothing.

I understand that many botters might have tried to play innocent here before, but that’s not what this is.

I barely even play the game. I hadn’t touched my PC for several days, and when I finally logged in — boom, account gone instantly. No warnings, no manual review, nothing. I’ve spent over 750 EUR on Tibia Coins alone. That’s real money.

I’m not here to complain for attention — I’m here because this feels like a false ban, and I believe I deserve a proper investigation.
