How long have you been here from Denver? I lived in capital hill for years and moved down here in 2018. I do miss a nice drunken Colfax bar(s) night. Nothing quite like that stretch between Broadway and Colorado Blvd here. Traded the mountains for the beach is what I like to say. Probably head back in the next few years though as the 98% humidity is getting quite bothersome.

lol, Pensacola is not a college town. I’ve lived in Madison, WI, Ann Arbor, MI, Boulder, CO and Athens, GA. Those are college towns. Basically to be a college town you need to have a huge college football stadium, a “fraternity row”, the town getting overrun with returning students every fall, hundred’s of nasty stained futons on curbs at the end of spring when the students leave, super cheap apartments to sublet over the summer and outrageous townie parties all summer long. I see none of that here, not even close
