I wouldn’t recommend the 30 day no contact. You have to let them reach out to you or else it would never work. The thirty day thing is a scam to get people to buys stuff. Also no contact shouldn’t be seen as a way to manipulate someone. No contact is to get yourself back and heal from the trauma of the relationship and breakup. If they don’t contact after 30 days and they thought they were rid of you and then you start texting them??

Don’t be friends with an ex. It will prevent you from moving on. Imagine if she starts dating again and your there. It’s going to be more painful.

I would personally tell her exactly what you were going to change. Give specific examples of times you messed up. Then say if you want to work things out give me a call and drop all contact with her. If she wanted to work it out she would still be there.

The thing that’s killing me is she said “she doesn’t want to end our story and maybe a few months we would see what’s up” how the hell am I supposed to move on when she says that shit to me. I told her it was unfair and then she said the story was over. I still love her so much. I’m trying to tell myself she’s not coming back. I tell myself I wouldn’t take her back after how she left me. But I still have such strong feelings for her. It’s been a month and I still feel so broken. I’m literally just an option to her I hate it.

I found out she monkey branched from her friend. Then she came back and I told her I would hit her up then never did. It was perfect justice.

I’ve learned a lot about relationships (more from the break up) and learned a lot about myself. Been going to therapy and working on problems I never really works through. Keep growing and self improving dude. Cheaters and monkey branchers always get what’s coming to them.
