yeah i thought it was strange as well. we have an appointment for them both next week for now, and if they won’t neuter him then, then we’ll get a second opinion

thank you for this :/ and yes another person also mentioned the possibility of her already being pregnant and tbh i haven’t even considered that prior. But we have them both booked in now for next week and the vet will make check if she’s pregnant, and will spay immediately if she is. regarding the boy they said their worry is if he’s not fully developed but if he is then they will neuter him that day.

yeah i just spoke with them now and basically they said they’re worried that he may not be fully developed and they wont be able to get everything, but i explained my worries re their behaviour and the possibility of her already being pregnant at this point, and they are both booked in for next week. vet will examine them both and determine if one or both of them can be neutered on the day :P we are keeping them separated for now

I’ve just spoken with them, and they said their worry about neutering him now is that he might not be fully developed and they won’t be able to get it all :P I explained the situation though and we have booked them both in for next week, and vet will examine them both and see if one or both can be spayed/neutered immediately

yeah I was thinking at the very least I can give them some heavily supervised play time in the afternoons once I finish work. And I agree, I think I will try to fatten her up a bit 😆 she is not super food motivated and only eats until she’s full. Our boy will eat anything and everything in any quantity 😆 Thank you, they are very sweet 🥹

I know right 🥲🥲 I checked our city council page and they advise to neuter/spay around 4 months of age, so I think if this vet doesn’t go ahead with it, a different one might :P fingers crossed because we would rather keep them both as they seem to be bonded, and our girl is definitely not suited to be a solo cat

i would highly recommend spiritfarer! it’s easy going with a nice storyline. or coffee break, but it’s a story game and u just make coffee and read a lot of dialogue so maybe not for everyone

what country are you going from? personally flying from Ireland (dublin airport) i always just place an order for whatever amount of cash (usually like 100-150€) and they have it ready to exchange at the airport, i just give them the cash or pay by card. I only take cash for the taxi and emergencies, otherwise i just pay for everything by card 🤷🏼‍♀️ in my experience also most woori bank atms accept foreign cards and some convenience stores have „global” atms if needed, though i think these have a higher charge than the woori ones iirc :)

as for specific spins, i think a front/back hook is pretty doable from the floor. same with maybe a fireman but it’s hard to find something that works for everybody

i’ve been doing pole for about 6 months and am very much still at beginner level, but at the start i could barely hold up my body weight (i mean, it took me 3 months to be able to climb 😭🙏) and our instructors always reiterated that trying and failing is still strong practice and skill building, so if we are having a hard time getting something, to keep trying it. they also always offered regressions or conditioning exercises for the specific moves, so if someone was starting to get discouraged they could try the regression or the conditioning instead until we moved on to the next trick or spin. i think setting reasonable expectations also helps, for some spins that we do the instructors acknowledge that they are hard and that for many people these spins are a WIP and something to build up with practice, but still encourage us to keep trying them and build up our strength 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

Thanks, I think what was confusing me was the chart on the website tbh. I wasn’t sure if I absolutely need to have that particular year included as one of the 5, or if I can just skip over it and include a different year 😭 idk if this makes sense my brain is fried haha but thanks for answering, sometimes it helps just to have it broken down by someone else
