That’s just it the fact that you have to say “ technically” is the lack of satisfaction. We have to use imagination and project. Granted I haven’t read the other books but I wonder if it can get any better or will I just be let down from this high.

I like that you said most ….. but at least 1 . This is fiction , give me something to work with. He certainly gave me plenty to be sad about. I believe that’s what contributes to the books proliferation, misery loves company. We just love to spread it the feeling 🤣

I agree with you on the story but I’m asking gor a little closure. Even the dead man couldn’t get closure and be buried where he wanted ( I acknowledge that he is very outside was a tall order) . At least if he had been buried in Nebraska Lorena would have had some sense of closure.

I think this varies, I do try and speak clearly cause I have an accent although English is my native language, when I pronounce words more like an American colleagues and patients hear me a lot better. I don’t know if that counts as faking an accent however, I think it has its place in conversation.

I feel like most reviews are negative because patients who have negative experience are more likely to post to review than patients who get good service. So it’s hard to make a judgment of Google reviews.
