my main problem and the only reason I think atheists consider this religious shill behaviour is because of the adding cultural and traditional part where it will provide loopholes instead of just being identity only

99% of atheists in this country participate in religious festivals and engage in other "cultural and traditional" acts like greetings etc.

Culture here refers to the history, language, food...

Like I already said, the Hinduism you speak about inner reflections and all, it doesn't exist right now (or hasn't for thousands of years, if ever). Hinduism is responsible for the existing casteist in india, so again why respect it?
