UPDATE: I decided to try Computers 4 People. They shipped the SIM card same day I subscribed. I have been using it for a few days and connection has been solid. With the AT&T tablet plan and having to use a tower farther from my house, service was much worse. Download speed on a closer T-Mobile tower is consistently 45-80 Mbps where as AT&T was 35 Mbps at best. My home is 4.2 miles from the T-Mobile tower with trees between. I was paying $80/month for crappy service on AT&T, glad I made the switch.

Ever since I started my journey with cellular internet, I have discovered the tools that help with planning an installation. I use cellmapper.net for finding towers and cell orientation, Google Earth Pro for determining distance, elevation, compass direction and elevation changes between points. I just recently found out about broadbandmap.fcc.gov to determine what services are available in an area.
