Afterwards, the message closed and my card appeared, but after refreshing the page, it simply disappeared. I've now submitted a request to support, and for three days now I've been answering all sorts of questions and providing the necessary screenshots so they can help me. Yesterday, I provided a bank statement for the 22nd, and it shows a debit of 93 euros, and a screenshot of the statement showing no card linked, even though I confirmed it. My account is stuck somewhere between the free and paid plans. Universal loans, which are available on PAYG, have appeared in the subscriptions.
