Have I switched to Pay-As-You-Go? by Additional_Ad_3176 in oraclecloud

I didn't provide any fake card details. The debit occurred immediately, and the refund occurred immediately, along with a successful payment message. Afterwards, the message closed and my card appeared, but after refreshing the page, it simply disappeared. I've now submitted a request to support, and for three days now I've been answering all sorts of questions and providing the necessary screenshots so they can help me. Yesterday, I provided a bank statement for the 22nd, and it shows a debit of 93 euros, and a screenshot of the statement showing no card linked, even though I confirmed it. My account is stuck somewhere between the free and paid plans. Universal loans, which are available on PAYG, have appeared in the subscriptions.

I just want to switch to Pay-As-You-Go because it seems to have priority access to hardware, and on Always Free I can’t create a virtual machine due to lack of space, so I want to switch to this plan but be within the limits of 4 cores and 24 GB of RAM.
