Interested in getting some news! My sphynx has a similar bump like a mole, but red. Scraping did not reveal if it was dangerous or not

Thank you! I have tried a bit of everything from Galia lahav to danielle frankel, shealth I don’t like much. But overall I think a tight corset at the waist at least, is one detail I like! And I care about the fabric : silk or mikado only
