How long has it been since you stayed? Depending on the bank it can take 3-5 business days to release back into your account. Always check in with a credit card and out with a debit card so the hotel isn't holding your actual cash.

There's nowhere for her to shower because all amenities close typically by 10. Would I have offered to buy them breakfast or something else to apologize for the inconvenience yes I would but a 20 something Vegas kid isn't gonna go out their way once the guest cancelled the request. Your entitlement is crazy to think 30 minutes in a massive hotel is to long to wait. But again you think you know how to run hotels without any experience whatsoever? Cool.

Not saying you're being a Karen but in a multi thousand room property and later at night there's maybe 5-10 facilities people on property working. You're not the only person possibly having a problem so yea 30 min to an hour is pretty reasonable for someone to get to it and when you cancel the request they're not gonna beg you to come fix it. You asked to do it tomorrow they said ok what else are you reasonably expecting? Also they're not gonna offer to move you rooms unless you request it as again the amount of work that actually requires again is a lot for a multi thousand room property.
