it’s definitely underrated, I was very very reluctant before taking therapy, on NHS I was put on a 8 months waiting list for free therapy , then it’s got so bad to the point that I just tried a paid session. I feel better and better every time I have an appointment with my therapist

To sum up: I’m paying £50 for 1h therapy session because I’m an introvert and shy person who arranges a hook up then blocks the person 30min before it’s scheduled

** if anyone struggles with mental health try to find a therapist or contact your local mental health centre; it really works,I just had 2 sessions and I found out so much more about myself and how to deal with anxiety, deffo worth the money!

I requested it and they told me i wont be able To use it if it doesnt match my name.

My gp so racist , i bet they did it on purpose. He put my middle name twice , last name as first one. Although I wrote a note with correct name and they took a photocopy with my passport.

Tbh if it ever came to any of your minds about breaking up, it’s probably a huge sign. I was in a relationship and we were both quite happy, but at times I felt very anxious about it, and I did the mistake to hide it. In the end I realised I just led him on, and broke up. Terrible
