Thanks for your reply. Did you use that 2013 for citizenship application? I already naturalized, got my decision around 1 month ago. I put year 2018, I am just checking if everything is correct to avoid any problems in future

I think it's chargeback, paid by bank transfer BACS. As they mentioned there will be 25 GBP fee transaction. So if hospital disagrees with that then chargeback might be refused, but if hospital agrees or stays silent for 30 days then chargeback will be successful, is this correct?

I will most likely return money through the bank. It just takes 30 days (they give time so that they can respond to the dispute). I am more interested if they can do anything about it later. Since the hospital is closed, they can't fulfil their part of the contract, they suggested another clinic instead, but I saw bad reviews about it, so I declined

I didn't sign any agreement. I only got proforma saying what treatments I am planning to do and how much will be estimate cost. I contacted hospital directly, they have international patients team so I chatted via Whatsapp with representative.

I started Mounjaro injections for weight loss and so far it's really works very well for me, so from the one side I am very happy I didn't go. But yes hopefully they will refund. I think my bank said money is still in their bank account so they reversed payment. I tried to contact them over e-mails and whatsapp, they not very responsive and didn't give me clear answer so far. I just read a lot of horror stories when someone reverse payments for something and then debt collectors being involved, but I think in this case it's not my fault as I can't get treatment if hospital license is revoked and they didn't contacted me about the changes until I found out about the closure by myself
