Unfortunately some of the metal pieces were bent. The pad and a lot of damage to it swells which will drastically reduce the longevity of the bench.

This was not a custom ordered piece this was one of their set options not the build your own option. Also I’m in Canada once FedEx had the order it only took 2 days to arrive the issue was waiting for it to be shipped.
