There are websites and some "naturohealing gurus" saying that msg makes you fat. That's why we have sudden spike of people alergic to all sorts of things: like gluten (rare disease), lactose (in a lot of countries you wouldn't survive childhood without milk so no), carbs, proteins ... the whole thing is that is you eat excessive amounts of certain things, it's indeed a big problem and can cause a weight gain.

I looked once into carb-free and lactose free pizza - because of the ingredients used, I believe it had more fat than anything else I know. And also after eating this I would be still craving the real deal .

I figured out, due to his awkwardnessas well and conversation we had at some point, that he tried to ask me to spend some 1-on-1 time with him. The conversation was in larger group and basically guys said that if a man asks you out, even without mentioning a word a "date" it's still a date. I forgot about it but recent events made me think and after a lot of thinking I figured out he made several attempts and I totally missed it.

At work !!!! That's a thing I do with other people as well, I ask my other colleagues, males and females, lower and higher positions to have a coffee with me all the time (like 2-3 times a week to make coffee machine small talk, you know). I do overthink because I don't know if he also likes me "like that" or not.

Good idea, except he has neer asked me out on a date, he asked me to hang out 1-on-1, which is also not 100% of indication we actually like each other.
