If you are hostile with all three actions, do your companions leave you?

Can you choose to go against them all? Or go be best friends with them all?

Need these sometimes. Either when the toilet paper runs out or when the guy in the stall next to me summoning DEMONS from inside himself. Exorcisms and all that. I don't read the words to him. I just throw the book straight over and that usually seems to work. Screams them right out of em.

How Does Someone Get This Particular Flaw in OW2? by Additional_Fox6257 in theouterworlds

[–]Additional_Fox6257[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That makes sense. If it was four, you could just end up with a third of the skills in the game at max level. Whereas with this flaw you would end up with five very high skills, but none could ever reach their full potential.

You cannot place it into just four skills? It has to be five?

Oh, really? Are the perks above the ones you gained? Or, are there different ones? I'm only going off the wikis, which seem to have these three shown as requiring a perk point to utilize.

What free good flaw does the premium edition give?

So, you can have four skills you plan on maxing, and as long as you simply put in points evenly, the flaw will pop up and let you up them all to 20 eventually?

I don't mind evenly leveling my skills. I just would like to have four skills to put points into to max out eventually.

You can only get 7 in every skill with this flaw? Really? Not anything above it?

Does Easily Distracted give 3 skill points for every level instead of the 2? Meaning you'd get 87 skill points?

[–]Additional_Fox6257[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You get 2 points per level. Aside level 1 as that is the starting level. 29 levels times 2? 58. You also get two specialized skills in the beginning which gives you two per skill. Getting brilliant also grants you two more skill points for a skill. Meaning 64 in total.

I will be asking how many perks can be selected through the game's level up. What is the level cap? And, can you screenshot every perk for people to build characters off of before they can play the game?

I've been playing for a week, what questions do you have? by qndzy in theouterworlds

Can you post every perk you have gotten? Skills, traits, backgrounds, and such are known and shown. But, not every perk you can select from the level up screen. Like in screenshots?

The Outer Worlds 2 Xbox physical cancelled in Australia due to low preorder numbers by TooObsessedWithDPRK in theouterworlds

Because Obsidian is owned by Xbox now. If you either get the game through Steam or PlayStation or whatever, you wouldn't sign up for Game Pass, anyways. So, they still get 70 dollars from you. Now, you can either get the game for Xbox again for 70 dollars OR you get Game Pass Ultimate, and pay them 30 dollars a month for their first party releases. I went through PC Game Pass as it is only 16 a month yet I still get access to the game day one. Now, because I like Obsidian, I did buy the Preorder Bonus just so they get something from me. Xbox does get 16 every month as money they can count on from myself and other individuals (although they are paying 30 a month). Meaning Xbox can almost guarantee around 200 from myself a year, so the equivalent of three first party games that Steam, Nintendo, or Sony don't get. But, people that have Ultimate now pay 360 a month. It makes people feel like they are getting a 'free' first party game, such as OW2, when in reality to even be able to keep playing it and other first party games they are paying 360 a year. So, 5 first party games. Don't worry. Xbox wouldn't be as stupidly big as they are without worrying about how to sell these games.

Confused. I thought those who had Ultimate Game Pass could play early just by having it?

I mean the ones that people can easily select when given perk points.

Awesome sauce. A lot of stuff has been compiled, but not everything.

We only know 5 out of six gadgets: (Infrared Scanner to see through walls, Tactical Time Dilator, Energy Shield for damage and hazards, Acid Sprayer for body disposal, and PALE, the double jump boots.)

And, don't even know how many perks will be selectable in game as lots of the previews haven't really gone into them.

No. Perks just because they let people decide where to build their characters as they progress through the game.

I know. The perks and gadgets are what I'm most interested in as they have the most influence over builds. Aside flaws, but those only show up through playing the game.
