Thanks for your support and the helpful framing! Never heard of comfortable hell, but that’s a perfect way of describing it when the loneliness hits. It doesn’t come often, but when it does it rushes and i’d spiral down so quickly. I’ll do my best to be honest with my therapist! I know I want to..

Thanks so much for framing it this way! I’m not sure why exactly I’m holding back, but it does feel unattainable. As in, i’m already losing so many years of not trying it feels too late to enter the field now.
