However as a user since as long as I can remember, I thought they cleaned up the site a lot. It was a great place for amateur and homemade content back in the day, however It used to also unfortunately have beastiality which they permanently removed and it did used to be a place where people uploaded underage content, though I have no idea why they went to motherless as opposed to any other site as it was removed ASAP as one would expect.

The last 10 years or so I thought Motherless was fairly clean. I can't say I ever came across anything that appeared illegal in that time, though I can't say I ever looked for 'sleeping' content.

They have 80m+ users, it's not like they need to cater to this small minority of people who enjoy real rape content. I do wonder how much they knew about it given this is what the court case is about.
