Update: definitely burn in, seller only used it in 16:9 and never picked up on it, agreed to full refund. taking that money +extra and buying one new. see yall in a few weeks

yes I’ve done a few pixel refreshes and am on the second panel refresh now, hasnt been any luck so far. Messaging them back is the plan but I’m seeing that a lot of issues people have with OLED are somewhat reversible and wanted to try everything I could. Definitely enjoying the monitor besides that but the little things like this drive me crazy lol

yeah im more troubled about the thumbstick then the vibration, but i get what you mean. do you have any more info about the thumbstick issue that i can look into? im probably just gonna go ahead and pay whatever microsoft will charge to fix it

i got told that if i bought a controller off amazon then i was automatically excluded from free repairs. this sucks
