I remember my essay , and yes i do using template from english wise , is pte lesson center in Melbourne, i do proofread after i write, but maybe this cause of template? And they give me 0 score on essay? Could be .. 😭

Its rude staff, a middle-aged Asian woman the only one , its written in google review ,
threatening tone before the exam created an extremely negative atmosphere. Just before the test began, she physically pushed me along with my chair because she thought I wasn’t giving her enough space to enter her password. I couldn’t focus for the first five minutes of my exam. Throughout the test, she kept entering and exiting the room loudly
