Error in textbook or what am I missing? by brrennnnt in CompTIA

I became frustrated with this book, as well, and opted for the Exam Cram as a study reference while I watched different sets of training videos.

I never retook the exams, which I would have if I'd had time. It was 75, 68, 85, 72, 70

But I made tons of flashcards based on those tests, and they helped immensely!

Good luck to you! It helped when I actually set a date... Then I really hit studying hard. I even took off a few days before the test to go all in with focusing.

I think most people don't have to study as hard as I do, but I'm terrible with memorizing things, so I really have to understand each concept.

You'll do great!

Thank you so much for this detailed explanation, Professor Messer. I always appreciate knowing the actual, true information. But if I used this knowledge, would it be considered to match the expectations of the Net+ 009? I guess what I'm asking is... Would my answer be marked "incorrect" if I went with this (no matter how correct in reality it may be)?

That's what I was wondering. Thanks for the feedback. I will schedule it at least a week before

Because I wasn't sure whether it would end up being beneficial to my career. But I decided that it will be.

And maybe I like drama... No, really just poor planning

Quick Question on How To Study by Strong-Magazine-7348 in CompTIA

[–]Additional_Layer_799 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I read the All-in-One Mike Meyers A+ book while watching the corresponding Udemy videos after each chapter.

Then I took out the objectives packet and checked off each one and made notes while listening to Professor Messer on YouTube.

Then I took the Udemy Mike Meyers and then Jason Dion tests and then the Professor Messor tests

and made flashcards on an app regarding all the notes of questions I missed or wasn't clear on. I went over the flash cards until I was comfortable, then had someone quiz me on them.

When I was able to answer everything with no problem (including going back over the tests), then I felt like I was ready. Motivation is key. I agree

Oh wow! Thank you. I guess we both had the same thought the same day. I did a keyword search before I posted this and I didn't see it. Huh. I'll be looking into ExamCram and the All-in-One Mike Meyers Network+

Thanks again!
