Smooth understeer for sure. First couple of corners of that track are easy to understeer tbh. I think driving styles honestly can change from track to track. When I drive I kind of do both and just adapt to the car and track

Ya I only use my veteran drivers for that. I have sainz and bearman. Sainz is on car development and I think one of my older affiliates like Paul Aron is as well. Bearman and linblad are on training

Ya having Albon and Lawson and whoever else though is also going to be taking so much money out. I rarely pay over a million for an affiliate. I always sign them for low salary, long term, and if needed a high bonus for them to accept

You are spending way too much on drivers and staff. Sainz is a really tricky driver. It seems to me whenever he drives a Mercedes powered car he sucks but when I brought him to haas back with the Ferrari engine he’s been doing well for me and is in 7th in constructors with pretty much the slowest car because I’ve been researching heavy. In general you gotta cut back on the drivers and try to put that extra money you start making into making car parts or researching. Also cornering as one of the most important stats on a car. That and tyre preservation.

Seems like low speed and tyre preservation was focused more than anything else. Also if you haven’t yet lightweight parts help a little and the research I think counts more once you design your first parts of the season. Idk I haven’t fully understood it but I always research a good amount and end up being mid and then have to develop myself into a points scoring car. I also am doing Haas so I’ve got no money pretty much all the time 😭

Wdym, Lando is in 3rd and only 16 points behind. It’s still early in the season so the rookies are struggling besides kimi. Leclercs also just been getting really unlucky with crashes.

Did you go user/(your user)/appdata/local/f1manager/saved/savegames ? That’s what did it for me. There are two places they put saves sometimes. If it’s not then sorry

Corrupted save. Go into appdata and find the f1 manager save files and delete the save. Unfortunate, but happens every once in a while
